The lights are on at Battersea Power Station

We’re officially open at Battersea Power Station, bringing The Salad Project to one of London’s most exciting neighbourhoods - closing out 2025 with our final and most anticipated opening of the year

Our Battersea store continues our design-first approach to fast-casual dining. Exposed ceilings, tactile finishes and a minimal palette set the tone, while a curved stainless-steel banquette cuts through the space, catching light and movement.

At the heart of the store is a bespoke artwork by Valentin Ruhry, made entirely from light switches - a playful nod to Battersea Power Station’s legacy of power and energy.

It’s a space built for connection, with lots of seating - but if you’re on the move, it’s right next to Battersea’s new tube station.

Find us at: 48C Electric Boulevard, Battersea, London SW11 8BJ
Opening hours: Monday–Sunday, 10:30am–9pm
