MOB

4th March - 7th April 2024

We challenged MOB to come up with the ultimate twist on the world's most famous classic, The Caesar Salad. Three of their chefs took their spins to the MOB following and a vote was held on which caesar we should host at The Salad Project. Ben Lippet's caesar took gold, with a blend of chipotle, anchovies, confit garlic and focaccia croutons it wasn't hard to see why.

The MOB caesar quickly became a favourite across all of our sites. We love finding new ways to get creative with our menu. If you have any ideas please reach out.
