Two worlds on one plate. We’ve partnered with Dishoom to bring bold Bombay flavours to your bowl, in true Salad Project style.

Crafted by Dishoom chefs Rishi Anand and Arun Tilak, this limited-edition salad blends chaat masala spiced chickpeas, sweet grilled pineapple, and zingy citrus spice - crowned with their signature Murgh Malai Chicken and finished with a vibrant Kasundi mustard dressing.

It’s a salad made to transport. A taste of Bombay, reimagined in London.

Available in-store and online at The Salad Project until Sunday 1st June. Also available through Dishoom on Deliveroo.
