Fuelling Founders: The Grace Beverley Bowl

The Salad Project has teamed up with entrepreneur Grace Beverley to launch the Grace Beverley Bowl as part of the Fuelling Founders campaign.

Designed for busy professionals, this new plant-based bowl draws from Beverley’s experience of balancing a demanding career with health. The salad features maple-tamari mushrooms, chickpeas, and roasted sweet potatoes, providing a delicious blend of plant-based proteins and complex carbs for sustained energy.

Grace Beverley explains, “The whole aim behind this salad was to make sure that every single part of it meant I didn’t have to choose between my favourite lunch and ‘the good one.’”

The Grace Beverley Bowl is available at all SP sites until the 3rd November.
