We teamed up with London’s most-loved vegetarian restaurant, Bubala, to create Limited Time Offer salad. Our Culinary Director, Clem Haxby, and Bubala’s Co-Founder, Marc Summers collaborated in the kitchen to bring a taste of Bubala to Londoners’ lunch bowls for the month of Veganuary. Think Shawarma Oyster Mushrooms, green tahini, pickles and heaps of Middle Eastern spiced rice - built to order in under 30 seconds, in true Salad Project style.
