Our Fenchurch location is home to our brand-new Training Academy, where every team member, from Kitchen Porter to Store Manager, will gain hands-on experience that ensures you get the best service, every time. It’s our way of making sure that every Salad Project location reflects the same commitment to quality.

We’re also launching the SP Lab here—a space dedicated to perfecting our menu with your feedback guiding us. Led by our Culinary Director, Clementine Haxby, the lab is where we’ll test and refine new recipes, so each bite is better than the last.
